The purpose of this event is to identify and select 10 to 15 top ideas that have the potential to be implemented and create added value for the arts and cultural industries. After selection, these ideas will proceed to the development phase with the provision of seed funding and financial and technical support.
The incubation center dedicated to these ideas provides a suitable space for their development and implementation. As production processes begin in the formed teams, the core issue of the event will gradually be solved.
